Amino BCAA Muscle Fuel Capsules
Take 2 capsules per day, either 30 minutes before training or immediately after your workout. BCAA supplements like this product should be combined with regular water intake and a varied, balanced diet.
Testo-Z10 Complex Boost Capsules
Take a maximum of 4 capsules per day. On training days, take your testo boost capsules 30 minutes before you begin. We suggest using Testo-Z10 Complex Boost Capsules for 4 to 6 weeks at a time, then discontinuing for 4 weeks before commencing the next cycle. This should help to maximise the effects of the supplement by preventing your body from getting overly used to it.
