If you have any issues with your order, please contact Supplements Direct as soon as possible.

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the following conditions are met:

  • You return the product(s) in question to us within 7 days of receiving them.
  • You provide a valid order number.
  • You return the product(s) to us in the same condition you received them.

Damaged / Faulty Items

Damaged or faulty items will be refunded (including the cost of returning the items to us) or replaced free of charge.

If your items are damaged or faulty, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt, ideally providing photographic proof of the defect.

If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door, and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us.

In certain situations, the goods may need to be returned for quality analysis. If this is the case we will arrange for collection from you by courier.

Postage Costs

Unless the product itself is faulty, we are unable to refund postage costs. This applies to the delivery costs on your original order (if any) AND the cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 30 days of your notifying us. Please note: any reimbursement will be refunded onto the credit or debit card you used to pay for the original purchase.
