Standard delivery is FREE if your Supplements Direct order value exceeds £5.95 (otherwise, standard delivery costs £2.95). Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

We can deliver to all parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland and offshore locations. If your address is outside the United Kingdom, please contact us to enquire about delivery options.

We use several different couriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD. Supplements Direct will select a suitable courier for your delivery based on factors like your location and the timing of your order.

The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2pm. If you place an order after 2 o’clock, it will not be dispatched until the next working day.

If your order is placed on a working day* before the cut-off time stated above, it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders are typically delivered within 1 – 3 working days of dispatch but please be aware that it can sometimes take longer (for example, if it’s a busy time of year or you have requested delivery to a remote address).

A signature may be required upon delivery, so please make sure there is somebody present at the delivery address to sign for the package. If delivery cannot be completed, a postal calling card may be left advising you that the parcel needs to be collected from the location listed on the card.
