We are pleased to offer you a free standard delivery signed for service for UK orders over £50.00. This includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, channel Islands and Isle of Man.

What is Standard UK delivery?

Our standard UK delivery service typically takes 2-5 working days, normally it takes 2 days but can be up to 5 in some circumstances.

What happens if I'm out when the courier tries to deliver?

The carrier may try to leave with a neighbour, or if there is a safe and secure location at your property the parcel may be left there (this is at the courier's discretion and cannot be guaranteed). The carrier will leave you a card with the details of where the parcel was delivered, and you can also obtain this information using the tracking link from the email we send you to confirm despatch.

Should the carrier be unable to deliver the parcel, they will leave a card which will explain what to do next. Please contact them direct to arrange a redelivery at your convenience or a collection from the carrier depot (where available).

Next day deliveries

Next day delivery service for orders placed before 3pm for most parts of the UK, Monday to Thursday – Delivery for this service  is Monday-Friday, but excludes Bank Holidays.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will arrive the following Monday. 

Saturday deliveries

Yes Saturday deliveries can be placed before 3pm on the Friday. You will receive your order on the Saturday.

Evening deliveries.

No, we can't offer evening deliveries at this time.

Missing delivery Items?

Please check your inbox or spam to see if we have sent you an e mail advising that an item was out of stock. If not, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

Sometimes damage can occurs during transit. If this happens, you are able to simply refuse delivery of your parcel when the carrier delivers it to your door. We can then send you a new delivery if you wish – please contact us if this has happened.
